Hot to update firmware of VR600V

Hi everyone,
I have just puchased a VR600V. Now I want to update the firmware because there is a problem with VOIP (incoming calls work fine, but outgoing calls are not possible). I downloaded the firmware form the TPLink site but I don't see any option to install it to the device. In "Advanced", "System tools", there are just options for time and daylight saving time. But nothing else. I have the Germany version of the VR600V. Can anybody help, please?
