I can't log in on tether app is says wrong username or password. Tp-link website says that you have no authority to access the site. Please help me.

What's the model No. of your TP-Link router? And how do you connect it in your network?

It's recommended to reboot the router and try again. If the issue still exists, please find the reset button and hold the button for 5 seconds to reset it.
