TL-MR6400 won't automatically connect to 4G

When I turn on the modem, it does not connect automatically to mobile network.
If I go to settings - network - lte dial up, change network mode to 3G and save, and then change back to 4G Preferred, then it does connect and works fine.
I need modem to connect automatically in case of power outage or any other reason for disconnect.
