TD-W9980 VPN Setup IPSec question

Folks I am hoping someone can help me with my ignorance in the realm of VPN. It seems looking at the settings that I may be able to have one IP address sent to a VPN provider. Under Network Settings > IPSec VPN . Looking at provider they state they support L2TP/IPSec. If I got an account with this can I use the router to sent for example 192.168.1.4 as an IP address to VPN provider ?
