How to Enable remote management function for TP-Link Model TD-W8961ND

Can someone walk me through how to configure my TE-W8961ND so that I can remotely access it from the web anywhere in the world using any device. I have DDNS setup and I want to use a specific port. By way of example I want to open a browser in the UK and type in my address and port number and connect to my routers configuration in USA. Example: xxyyx.dyndns.net:8092
I have search all over and the examples do not show my setup pages.
Help, please.

Hey,
I've the same router, were you able to access your TP-Link TD-W8961N from a remote location?
If so please guide me how did you do it?
I've setup DDNS, so far I'm about to access other devices, connected to my ADSL router, using different ports but unable to access the ADSL router itself.
I've disabled Firewall and SPI just in case, if they are getting in the way.
I've also attached the snapshot. Settings I currently have in ACL, but still no use
