Archer D20 , USB drive on router not accessible to only one laptop with win10

I just purchased a D20 modem/router, after having configured it the problem is that all laptops but one can access the USB drive but one. All other devices have no problem, either phones etc.
The laptop runs win10 home, last update. When I try to access \\archer_d20 or \\192.168.1.1 (as per technical manual), a network error occurs.
