I've edited the power saving software to make it load on Windows bootup.

How to use:
1. Unzip zip file to folder
2. Edit program.vbs file
3. change the line oShell.Run("""C:\Users\Chris\Desktop\Programs\Homeplug 8010p software\Disable powersaving\Switch Power Save Tool.exe""")
to the location of wherever you extracted the zip file
4. Create a shortcut of 'start on boot.bat' and place in your startup folder

5. Optional - You can also load 'start on boot.bat' in task scheduler. This allows users to load it when waking from sleep or other system events.

Notes:
Tested on Windows 10 64bit with Homeplug adaptor TL-PA8010P.
