I am trying to add some parental controls to some of the devices accessing the internet.

I keep getting the below error code



My process is

1. Click add
2. view existing dvices
3. select the device
4. select the effective time and set
5.Place name in the description
6. check the enable box
7. click Ok

The above error comes up.

The restriction type I am trying to set is Whitelist.

I test this with my phone and it works. When I try and do this for other devices i get the above error code.

What is this error code.
