Hello,

I have a Archer VR2800 router and I host a private gaming server for ArmA3 which requires port forwarding. However, I've tried setting this up using the settings that I think work but I'm unable to see my server across the internet.

Below are the A3 ports which needs to be open and the Router ones that I have set:

Router Ports

Am I missing something? In the Triggering port, I have tried "2302-2305" but it came up with "error code: 80101".

Many thanks!

Since the router doesn´t allow a range for the trigger port and you have to add every single one, I would probably not assign a range to each on the external side. Just the respective. I have no idea, whether that causes the issue though. I am owning the vr2600v and upnp/port triggering settings get entirely ignored by the router, unless I set a bandwidth limit. This limit can be my max internet speed, but it has to be there for port triggering to work. I´d correct the external ports and if that doesn´t help set a bandwidth limit and see, if the bug is also present on the vr2800.

Hi Retro, did you try Virtual Servers?

Hi Shield, I figured it out soon after it was as you said the Virtual Servers rather than Port Triggering! (see images bedlow). FYI: "12. 2. Share Local Resources over the Internet by Virtual Server" - chapter 12 page 62 of the [b] guide[/guide]. Thanks Ervelos for your input as well.
