VR600 V2 Clients lose Internet connection after connecting to PPTP VPN

After having tried OpenVPN and failed I have set up a PPTP VPN.
Clients can connect and work with resources on the remote network but they lose Internet connection.
I have tried disabling the use remote gateway and then they get Internet back but lose the connection to the remote network i.e. the VPN isn't working.
I would like to allow the client to access the internet via the VPN but so far haven't found a way of doing this.
