After adding 9 reserved addresses I can't add anymore because when I click + after a few seconds the form greys out and the page freezes.

Cant submit bug report

After waiting for a response from this forum I have attempted to file a bug report.
I used the email tech support form but when I try to submit it all I get is a failed message.
This is not fun as I filled the form in three times.
Can anyone tell me how to file a bug report?

That's for the UK - I presume there are specific addresses for other countries.
