Hi there, is there any other 3rd app that work with this device? 

I am asking for same reason as i have same device and i don't see any chance for TP to implement this function in any future

3rd party app - if you have an old android device you can run AutomationManager on it as a local server.  It can be configured to post a power usage log to your google drive account as a spread sheet.  You can display the usage as a graph and add formulas to cacluate cost, sums, averages, etc.
