Help please- TP-link TD W9980 slow speeds.

Complete "noob" here, so please bear with me.
I have as mentioned in the post TP-link TD w9980
[B]Firmware version:0.6.0 1.13 v0021.0 Build 160125 Rel.52064n[/B]
[B][B]Hardware version:TD-W9980 v1 00000001
I recently noticed a slow down in speed, upon testing my usual 65- 75 Mbps has dropped to only 7.6Mbps D/load with upload of around 8.
I have altered nothing.
Contacted ISP, did some tests said the line is okay, we will give you a call in 2-3 days as its a "fibre specialist issue".
Checked my router settings it gives a current rate reading of 75 down and 20 up, on the "tplinkmodem.net"
As I said, I am pretty useless at this kind of thing, I have to google all the terms, and what/how to do stuff, but am more than willing to try.
Any advice would be appreciated, I have rebooted device, and done a factory reset.
