Model : Archer MR200

Hardware Version : V1

Firmware Version : Archer MR200(EU)_V1_160905

ISP :

I would like to configure the MR200 4G router to be primarily connected to 4G and when the 4G signal is weak or when the 4G quota is reached, I would like to back up to a LAN connection (my ADSL modem).
How can I achieve this?

I see that there is a 3G/4G backup option when the operating mode is "in wireless router mode". Is there any details on when the backup is triggered?

Thank you so much.

Is it compatible with my model Archer MR200(EU) Ver:1.0 ?

Do you have more details on how I could configure it ? Any screenshot ?
Also, do you consider that it's safe to test it or is it too buggy for the moment ?
Do you know when the stable version will be released ?

I installed the firmware but I don't see any differences with the previous version. Could you provide more details ?

Did you see 3G/4G backup option under Advance-Network-Internet page?
Enable it then go to 3G/4G to configure the settings.
Note: You can only see this option when the router is on wireless router mode.

Hi Enson,

Actually, I already add this option with my previous firmware ( Archer MR200(EU)_V1_160905).
I think that you may misunderstand my need.
I don't try to get a 3G/4G backup but rather the opposite : keep 3G/4G as the primary connection and have ADSL as a backup.
Do you think that it's achievable ?

Best,

Oh, sorry for my mistake.
I don't think there is way to configure wireless router mode as backup.
