Hi everyone, lately I'm having this problem with my Archer D2:





"Check the DSL settings such as VPI/VCI and encapsulation mode. Contact your Internet service provider to confirm if your line is in good condition"

Whem I got this error, internet stop working on all devices, a reboot of the modem router doesn't fix it, but after ten minutes (circa) internet resumes working.
I also contacted my ISP, and they do not have problems with the line.

So I that is a problem with my router...
Someone else with a similar problem?

Can you send the screenshot of DSL section on Advanced--Status page? When you lose the internet, what's the status of the LED lights on the modem? How often does the issue happen?

The problem is random, when the problem occurs again I'll make the screen of the status page.
The led under the Wi-Fi led goes off.

If the problem just began lately, maybe you can reset the router.

The problem happened again last night.
A reboot via the configuration page didn't fix the problem, so I went to sleep.

How about a factory reset? Press the reset button or reset it under system tools. If no luck, you can contact support@tp-link.com

A factory reset doesn't fix the problem, but in the last 5 days I didn't have any problems...
