Model : TL-WPA4220KIT

Hardware Version : V1 US

Firmware Version : Cannot determine it's one of the reasons for this

ISP :

Problem: Connecting to Powerline WPA4220 does not work using tplinkplc.net or tplinkplclogin.net as instructed in manual and other posts.

Background:
Connection:
Fiber Modem <-ethernet-> Airport Extreme (DHCP 10.0.1.2 to 200, subnet 255.255.255.0) <-powerline-> WPA4220 <-wifi-> Mac (OSX Sierra v10.12 IP: 10.0.1.18)

Lookup results:
tplinkplc.net = 91.250.77.30
tplinkplclogin.net = 192.168.1.1

Notes:
I'm no expert but it seems that WPA4220 is invisible to router and acts as switch. Also using tplinkplc.net or tplinkplclogin.net will not work because they're not in the same network as my Mac.

One thing I thought of was to disconnect myself from the 10.0.x.x network and connect to WPA4220 network with 192.168.x.x but I don't know how do that. There are no posts or the manuals don't show it. It just says connect to tplinkplclogin.net.

How do I manually connect to the WPA4220 manually?

Thanks

Was able to solve it by downloading TL-WPA4220_V1_MAC_Powerline_Scan_Utility from http://www.tp-link.com/ph/download/TL-WPA4220.html#Utility (This may be different from your region)

There it will show the proper IP address and there's a button to connect. Thanks
