hi everyone, I could not find answer in Manual and FAQ. probably someone could help me with TL-PA40 20P

It has 2 LAN plugs. One is needed to connect to router, it's clear. Can I use second plug for any other device in the same room - so it would just passthrough? I have all LAN 4 ports used on my router, so idea is use 2nd TP-Link LAN plug like I use normal router LAN plug.

thanks in advance.

Yes, the second port on the plug can be considered as passthrough Lan port.

Think of it as a PLC with an integrated three-port LAN switch - because that's exactly what it is. The PLC logic occupies one switch port, the other two switch ports are on the physical LAN jacks you see.
