TP Link Archer C1900 V2 issues with VoIP receiving calls Incoming call issue with Grandsteram HT801

I have a Grandstream HT 801 device could receive calls previously but not with the TP Link Archer C1900 V2. When I connect direct to the internet modem it works, when I take it to another location and connect to a Dlink it works when I connect to the TP Link I cannot receive calls. I tried everything opening ports etc, the phone service provider tried everything and said it must be the router.. Please help!!
