Fast WLAN but timeouts with LAN [W8970b]
Model :
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version :
ISP :
Hey there,
my ISP recently changed something which resulted in me not getting into the internet. Fortunately I only had to add VLAN ID 7 to my WAN-Settings to get back in the game. I've got an IP address, the WLAN works flawless but strangely my LAN connection is extremly slow.
I have an internet connection via LAN, when I ping the google dns no packages get lost but it is so slow that, when I want to visit google for instance with Firefox I get an timeout. If I try to download something, it is incredibly slow as well (I tried to download gimp via linux, I get under 1kb/s with a nearby mirror!), the WLAN download works as it should.
I tried a Windows machine as well, same results: perfect WLAN, super slow LAN.
What is going on?
I already made a hard-reset with my router, checked the settings 100 times, my lan IP is in the DHCP range but still no luck.
I'm using a W8970b.
I hope you can help me:
Thanks in advance
Best regards
