Hello,

our Archer VR200v randomly disconnects from the internet. Wifi does work meanwhile and I can log into the Router, but theres no internet connection and the telefone is not callable. We are using Internet and telefone via DSL "All-IP", i dont know how that translates from german. Normally it takes about 5 minutes for the connection to come back and it appears to disconnect at random times. I did call the provider, but they cant find any issue. So i hope you may tell me how to diagnose further and decide if its a faulty router or the provider, thats to lazy to really check. I checked the error protocoll and there is one error constantly apearing all day.

And I am not sure but guessing the time the connection dropped this error appeared:

The ppp1 errors stop appearing at the time the connection is back again. So I guess its the ppp1 errors that are important here. The ppp2 errors continue.
This error began with a new contract with our internet provider together with a new router so I am not quite sure what is producing the error. Maybe you can help me diagnose further. I'll append the whole error log.

when you lost internet, how about the status of DSL led?
from the log, the router is trying to dial up and get info from ISP(provider).
Make sure the DSL light is solid on all the time.
If it's not, contact your provider to help you check the line provided by them.
If it's ok, try to reset the router.
