Problem with SSDP discoverable devices

When I try to use apps on a device that is connected to a Deco Mesh WiFi network, the app cannot discover other devices in the same subnet. These devices are discoverable with SSDP.Set up is Deco Wan interface with static 192.168.0.1 address connected to another router which is serving 192.168.0.2 to 192.168.0.2 to 192.168.0.99. The other router has the SSDP discoverable devices attached.
