Archer C7 AC1750 - weak signal

I am connected to the symmetric 200M Internet.
I check the speed on the PC everything looks fine but I check on my cell phone (very close to the router) and in my Smart TV (via neflix) and I get a very weak signal ~10M.
What settings should be changed?
