I am using a power line AV600 kit. I want to get an internet connection out to an outbuilding which is beyond the wireless range from the house and the power line pair will not talk through the power wires. I am using the power line pair to get the signal as far to the edge of the house as I can. Can I run a LAN cable from the 2nd Powerline box (wireless) out to the outbuilding and then add something there to create a wireless hub in the new location? What TP Link device would I need in the outbuilding if I was able to do this? Thanks.

Yes of course, the LAN jacks on powerline devices are as universal as those directly on the router; in the outer building you'll need a WLAN accesspoint/repeater device and set it to access point mode.
