Archer T8E Desktop App missing

I've just installed the drivers and utlities from the CD on a newly installed Windows 10 Pro and there is no application on my computer nor tp link icons. I've reinstalled many times and nothing. On my previous Operating system Windows 10 Home the application and folder were there. Any idea on how I can get the application?
