Hello friends,

I've purchased the TL-MR 3620 router to use as a failover router, using a wan connection as primary and the 4G as backup.

Unfortunately, the router does not detect the Olicard 600 4G modem (from Olivetti). This modem is in reality a Qualcomm HS-USB.

The modem works perfectly connected to my laptop. But the router don't even detect it as plugged.

I was not able to find a .bin file for this modem. Can anyone help, please?

Thanks in advance,

Regards.

Hi There,

The 4G model seems not in the compatible list, please check the following link for the compatible list:

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/3g-comp-list.html?model=TL-MR3620&hdVer=V1&location=1460

Since it's not even detect, I beleive it's a compatible issue, please use a model which is in the compatible list.

Thanks
