I have a local cable provided internet, i got this router due to the coverage issues i had in the last one, after setting up with our Static IP details, this router doesn't connect me to the internet, yet when i open the cmd for to check the ping it shows pinging the ip. Also i tried the connection via my old router, inserted the internet cable in the old one, and via the lan output in the old router i connected it with the C60's WAN port, it works normally then. I don't think there's any issue with the device, i guess I'm missing out something on the setup configuration. Please help me out.
