Model: Deco P9
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.2

I was hoping I can link my P9 Deco to a VPN, can it be done?

I was hoping to ZenMate as it seems good value for money.

Any help/advice/tips will be great.

Hello,

The Deco devices can work with those VPN client applications such as ZenMate, just ensure the Deco devices connects to the internet fine, then you can use ZenMate within the Deco network. No settings are required on the Deco P9, it just needs to connect to the internet and you can install the ZenMate on your own clients.

Nice day.

@TP-Link_Deco

Thanks for the reply, I was hoping not to have to install clients on each device and go for just a single solution.

Hi, thanks for the reply.

If that is the case, I'm afraid the Deco devices cannot do it for you. Deco only supports to connect to the PPTP or L2TP VPN servers as one of the WAN connection types:

Sorry about that.
