Meu modem não entra com a senha

Meu modem desligou, e infelizmente de uma dorma inexplicável ligou novamente pedindo uma senha na qual não é a que está no modem, agora não consigo mudá-la, nem entrar com nenhuma senha que já foi adicionada ao modem. Ou seja, com internet, mas sem podendo usar.

This is quite an old thread, it is suggested to open a new one on your own, and do remember to provide the model number of your TP-Link device.
If you don't remember the login username and password, the only way would be resetting the device to factory defaults by pressing and holding the RESET button on the back panel until all LEDs flash off then on.
You can also refer to the guide to do firmware recovery if it is not responding when reset:

My modem hung up, and unfortunately from an inexplicable sleep it called again asking for a password which is not the one on the modem, now I can't change it, nor enter any password that was already added to the modem. That is, with internet, but without being able to use it.
