How would I go about configuring a wireless hotspot billing system? I want to control the billing (prepiad  ticket vouchers) But to do this I need a separate wifi router and modem and server pc. But in my case I have the TP Link TD-W8961N ADSL 2+ modem & Wireless router dual device. Do I have to buy another wireless router and use mine as just a modem only? I'd prefer not to do this.

The TD-W8961N is a DSL modem router, cause you have another wireless dual band router, you can hard reset the 8961N and make it work as the bridge mode to satisfy your needs.

FYI, the router works as bridge in default factory mode.
