Hi,

 

my router crashes after a few minutes of operation and is not accessible; the only visible sid is the 5g but it is not accessible

someone had a similar behavior thanks

Hi,

 

What do you mean the router crashes? Please provide more details so that we can do further analysis. Including the led status of the MR400 (you can shot a short video and send to us), whether you can access internet from MR400 by wired cable, and whether you can access the web UI of the MR400.

 

Besides, what is the hardware and firmware version? Please ensure that the firmware is up to date.
