Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version:

My M7450 cannot connect using an eir  isp(republic of Ireland) data sim.

Should this be possible.

I have used other cards 3, and ,vodafone, with no problem.

The isp says it sould not work are they correct.

What is the network type of the eir sim card? 

 

Please login to the web interface of the M7650 and send us a screenshot of the status page.

Meanwhile, have you ever tried to create the profile manually?

Note: Please tab on advanced-dial-up settings-click create to do that.
