Hi all,

We have noted that and we have reminded our R&D colleagues, they are working on it now.

While as they need do many tests to ensure the performance of the utility and make it compatible with common OS versions. I understand that you want to get the utility as soon as possible, while the performance is also important, right?

It is suggested to keep an eye on official website for the updates.

Good day.

Rather lame from TP. The application itself seems to be 64bit, but it apparently has a dependency on another app that is NOT 64 bit, and hence the crash.

@Creek211

Agreed. But, to me, what's worse is the recent "just watch the main page to know when it's fixed" statement above. Might as well have said "we're just not interested in staying in touch with our users and aren't going to update this page any more."

Hi all,

We let Development know of the issue and they said they would work on a fix.

We don't know how long this is going to take, or if it will ever happen. We know you hope to have a replacement as soon as possible, and that it should work properly.

Keep visiting the web site as that's the only place you'll be able to learn if/when an update is available.

We won't be posting anything further.

Please do something about it. The app is otherwise useless in OSX 10.15.

Hoping for some good news soon....

Why isn't this just some kind of open-source CLI program? Do we need it to be unmaintained bloatware?

I sadly don't have access to any windows laptops, nor unpatched Macs. Just linuxes left :/  while the mission-critical home network power-lines are down for unknown reasons.

Same Here. I have to pull out an old laptop, swap out the hard drive; play with the BIOS so Win10 can boot, and wait two hours while Micro$#@& updates are applied, then download the windows version ??? I have to also ask why this isn't an open source program if TP Link doesn't care to support it ???
