use the Tether App although it is very limited. Also use your mobile browser and go to tplinkwifi.net

Hi,
Below is the download link of the Tether app.
https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/archer-c1200/#Apps
You need register a cloud account first to manage/set it up.
Note: You can go to cloud website or do it via the Tether app.
