Strange: Router Config (192.168.0.1) works on mobile but not on one of the laptops

Strange: Router Config (192.168.0.1) works on mobile but not on one of the laptops
When I try to access the router configuration screen (192.168.0.1): I have tried it on 3 devices
1) can access router configuration on my mobile on wifi
2) access router configuration on my work laptop on wifi
3) but strangely cannot access router configuration on my home laptop when I try it over wifi. BUT, it works if I connect via LAN cable.
Any idea what could be wrong?
(I have tried setting default gateway, it pings just fine too, have tried different servers, updated wifi drivers, reinstalled drivers, cleared browser settings and cache, disabled firewall, etc )
