Model: RE360
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.2

there are 2 networks that i have a 2.4GHz and a 5 GHz. when i scanned, it can scanned my 5GHz but not my 2.4GHz of my router. However, i managed to set and connect the 5GHz but when i looked for the network in my laptop it is the 2.4GHz network name that it display and connect. But in the app, it cannot find the 2.4GHz network.

how do i resolve the issue so that it can scanned both networks

Hi,

First, you can rescan the 2.4GHz multiple times and give it a go, and you can change the wireless channel of the main router's 2.4GHz, like channel 1, 6 or 11.

Second, cause the RE360 is a dual band extender, it will broadcast both 2.4GHz and 5Ghz even though it is connected to the 5GHz only; you can check the use the Tether app to check their wifi network names and confirm it. Or you can use the Tether app to rename both wifi networks.

Any updates, please let us know.

Good day.
