Model: Archer VR600
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 0.2.0 0.9.1 v0074.0 Build 170504 Rel.68210n

Hello,

I have a problem enabling the wireless option on my router.

It worked fine for almost a year and since yesterday it stopped working, i get the following error when i try enabling it - "ERROR CODE:1 - INTERNAL ERROR."

The 5ghz is enabled, though i cant connect to it from my mobile phone (it is not visible).

I went through all kind of changes with no help (restarts, disabling security, changing channels, etc...)

Help me out, please.

Hi,

Does the error message show up anywhere? Is it possible to go to advanced-wireless page to enable it? Or go to basic-wireless page.

Please show us a screenshot of the error message as well; what is the light status of the VR600? Especially the wifi leds?

Have you ever tried to turn off the wifi function via the wifi button on the back and turn it on?

If all the wifi devices cannot detect the 5GHz? Try to change a channel for it.

Good day.

The error message shows up in a small pop up.

I went through the advanced and basic wireless pages.

I turned off and on the wifi function, that didnt help.

I changed the channels on both 2.4 and 5GHz.

All of the above did not help.

I think this device might be faulty, you can contact their tech support to check the warranty.
