Hello I have been having problems since moving house, with internet dropping out and red light showing on the powerline adaptors.

The router is a virgin media one and new 4 months ago and I have ruled that out as the problem.

After a factory reset the system works for a few days then seems to go down again with problem red on powerline light 'poor signal strength.'? I have re-paired after on the same socket.

Before I get into downloading the utility, I wanted to make sure that the house electrics are suitable. I have an upstairs power socket ring and a downstairs ring. Should this be ok? Thanks
