Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: ARCHER MR 400

Hello, I have an Archer 400 and I still have disconnections. I do not think this comes from the 4g network because I have the network and when I reboot Archer 400 it always works again. How to solve this problem please? Thank you.

Hi,

 

What is the light status of the MR400 when the connection drops out? 

 

At that time, please login to the web UI and take a snapshot of the status page and export  to us; and please go to advanced-system tools-system log, save log and send it to us. 

 

Meanwhile, please insert the sim card into the smart phone and take some time to test its stability. 

 

Besides, please tell us the current hardware and firmware version.
