How to fix this Internet access problem?

 

xfinity modem / dual band router

Named extended network with router network dual band names plus "_EXT"

 

Netgear WNDA 4100 adapter on Dell E520 PC w/ Windows XP

When connected to router, both bands connect to Internet.

When connected to RE650, neither band connects to Internet.

RE650 Status:

 

 

Lenovo laptop connected to RE650 @ 2.4 GHz

Extender does connect to Internet.  Laptop does not have 5GHz.

Hi,

 

What is the light status of the RE650 now? 

 

With your lenovo computer connected to the RE650, can you get internet, what is the IP address and gateway obtained?

Please connect your dell computer to RE650 to check these info and do a compariaon analysis.
