i am trying to set up this modem /router but i can fing the correct detail to use quick set up

tried last year but gave up 

so i am trying again 

vpi and vci how do i get them for my Bulgarian isp  suplier VIVACOM is therer name 

i thought this was supposed to be easy

Hi,

 

All  the configuration parameters are given by ISP.

 

If you do not know the VPI/VCI, please contact your ISP first.
