my modem function normally however the rounter doesn’t work to provide wifi

What is the light status of the 841HP? Especially the wifi leds. 

 

Meanwhile, there is a wifi on/off button on the back of the router, please ensure that it is turned on. 

 

Besides, you can login to the web interface of the router and go to wireless-wireless settings page to enable the wifi function.
