Thanks for your answer, Iit is not clear wether many TL-WPA9610 with one TL-PA9020 or not.
because they speak about KIT TL-WPA9610. what normaly mean the whole kit ( one TL-PA9020 + one TL-WPA9610).

Yes, the TL-WPA9610KIT means the whole kit, one TL-PA9020 + one TL-WPA9610.
If you have one TL-PA9020 already, you can add a TL-WPA9610 to it, in this way, we can regard it as a kit, and 16 nodes can be added into the existing network.
In other word, 17 nodes can be added to work with TL-PA9020.
