I have a AV2000 2-port Gigabit Powerline Starter KitTL-PA9020 KIT and want to extend the reach of the wifi to upstairs - what is the device I should get to do this?

For your information, all the TP-Link powerline adapters  are compatible with each other, while you buy the TL-PA90200KIT as the start kit, then the 7/8/9 series will be recommended.
