@Stuarth

How do you connect the printer to the Deco? By wireless or wired cable?

Try to disable fast roaming and setup QoS as standard and clear the high priority items to give it a go.

Any updates, please let us know.

Kevin

printer is connected by wireless

fast roaming is off

Qos is at standard

this is how it's set up

i have rebooted the deco system and things seem better with the printer now showing some signal on it control panel

the only thing I have done is connect it manualy rather than WPS

i will post a update tomorrow after it's settled down

@Stuarth

Thanks for your clarification. Glad to hear that it works well now.

It is also suggested by us to connect client devices to the Deco network with wifi password cause the WPS mechanism varies due to different manufacturer.

You can keep an eye on it and take more time to test its performance.

Any further problem, please let us know.
