Hi everyone,

 

Please your help: I purchased the C 20 and after fixing it as access point, and wifi extended range, and try to connect it to my cellphone and PS4 I get this message:

 

In my cellphone: Internet is not available

In my PS4: There was not possible to connect internet. (I also used a LAN cable but it did not work)

 

Maybe I am not installing the product in the right way. My main purpose is to provide we excellent connection to my PS4 because my room has not a good coverage from the router of my internet provider.

The Archer C20 need connect to the main router by wired cable to get internet in access point mode.

 

Click here to get the instruction to configure it as an access point.

Still the same, with your computer connected to the Archer C20, please click here to verify its IP address and gateway.
