Deco X55 red light on but internet available
My deco x55 suddenly become solid red light on, however the internet still working find however only the app shows off the decos off line, still to restart & re create the network still same issue.

After that, it is recommended to install the latest beta 1.4.5 here for Deco X55_V1.2 to see whether it helped:
(The 1.4.5 beta could be reverted to the official 1.4.0 directly via web UI)

Can I have the full version number of the 1.4.0? is it "1.4.0 Build 20240718 Rel. 44385"?

1. Please refer to this link to change the IPV4 DNS server to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4:How to change DNS server settings on my Deco
2. Please try to turn off the local antivirus/firewall server if there is any.

Dear @David-TP please find tge attachment, however i have bot changed any setting in the deco since i installed.
