Model: Deco M5

During setup I can't connect to the UFB internet. I am entering the correct details PPPOE etc but keep getting bounced. I know the ISP is OK because I can plug my old router in and it goes fine. Any suggestions appreciated.

@Kiwijon

Please connect the Deco to the old router to get internet and configure it as dynamic IP; once it works well, you can use the Deco app to manage it and change the internet connection type back to PPPoE and enter the username and password manually.

After that, you can connect Deco to the modem directly, bypass the old router. And then it will work.

May it help and have a nice day.
