I have rebooted router and extender but still will not turn on or connect. Tether does not find device either.

Below are some suggestion you can give it a go:

1. Change another socket  to plug it.

2. Ensure that the LED control button is turned on. Note: We can press it for 1 second to turn on/off all LEDs.

3. With the extender powered on, use a pin to press and hold for 1 second to reset the extender.

 

Still no led on, the extender may be faulty; and you can contact our tech support with serial number, proof of purchase and the thread link to verify whether the replacement is qualified.
