Hi , 

 

I am using AC1350 Router, ACT Fibernet is my ISP and plan speed is 75Mbps.

 

I have Problem with internet speed  with 2.5G band where as fine with 5G band. With 2.5G Wifi speed suddenly drops to 1Mbps where i still get 74Mbps with 5G.

Do all wireless devices have the same issue?

 

Please click here to verify the wireless negotiation speed when the 2.4G speed slows down to 1Mbps. 

 

Then try to change some wireless settings, including the wireless channel and channel width, like channel 1, 6 and 11, channel width 40MHz.

 

Please ensure that the firmware is up to date.

Thanks for quick reply.  Yes, it is same with all the devices. I tested with Anriod TV and samsung s9+ mobile as well.  Checked the speed using speed test app in the mobile.

 

The firmware version is uptodate. Will check with wireless settings

Did changed the wireless settings  as below 

 

Bandwidth: Auto -> 40

Channel : 1

 

Still no improvement.

Hello, thanks for your clarification.

 

Have you ever verified the wireless negotiation speed of your device when the speed from 2.4GHz slows down to 1Mbps? 

 

Meanwhile, try to change channel to 6 and 11 to give it a go.

 

Besides, you can hard reset it by holding the reset button/hole for 10s with the router powered on.

 

When and where did you buy this Archer C60?
