Model: TD-W8961N
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 3.0.0 Build 170919 Rel.21648

hello, I have a question about my configuration.

I have two router on the same network with these address: 192.168.1.251 (first gateway) and 192.168.1.252(second gateway).

I configured my TD W8961N as access point but when connect my devices, automatically they use 192.168.1.252 as gateway.

How can I do to connect all devices of Tp link to  192.168.1.251 as gateway by default ?

At this time i have to change manually the gateway on each device to connect correctly but I would do this automatically.

thanks Fabio

@fabiosnow

What is the current network diagram? How do you connect these devices together?

Try to connect the TD-W8961N to the first gateway directly and verify whether the gateway used by clients will be 192.168.1.251.

Good day.

hi Kevin, thanks for your reply.

The two routers / modems are connected by cable through a switch. The TD-W8961N is connected as an access point to the switch. When I connect only 192.168.1.251, it takes the right gateway. As soon as I connect 192.168.1.252 it changes the gateway. Thank you
